On the first day, we arrived at the venue and set up our booth, we would want to make sure all of our equipment and musical instruments are set up and working properly. We want to familiarize yourself with the layout of the venue and the schedule for the day.

We can show and descibe our goods to customers and exchange business cards, make connections, and learn more about the music industry, a great chance for us to cooperate with more customers.

Day 4: Final day and breakdown

On the final day of the music show fair, we packed up all instruments and booth and say goodbye to the other attendees.
