Tuning and Packaging a Newly-Made Guitar
After a guitar is completed during the manufacturing process, it undergoes tuning and packaging before being shipped out of the factory.
Tuning is a critical step in the process to ensure that the guitar produces the desired sound and is in tune with the standard pitch. This is typically done using an electronic tuner or tuning fork, which helps to ensure that the guitar's strings are properly adjusted to the correct frequency.
Once the guitar has been tuned, it is carefully inspected to ensure that there are no defects or flaws in the finish or build quality. Any necessary adjustments or repairs are made at this stage to ensure that the guitar meets the guitar high-quality standards.
After the final inspection, the guitar is carefully packaged to protect it during shipping. This typically involves placing the guitar in a protective case or box and adding padding or other materials to prevent damage during transport.
Finally, the guitar is labeled with any necessary information, such as the model number, serial number, customer's mark demanding and manufacturing date, before being shipped out of Fante Guitar Factory.
